Cancellation & Refund

At Whattacart Enterprises, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed or shipped.

2. Returns & Replacements
We only accept returns or replacement requests in cases where: The product received is damaged, or The product received is incorrect (mismatched) All such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must provide a proper unboxing video as proof. Claims without valid unboxing proof may not be accepted. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.

3. Product Quality Concerns

If you believe the product received is not as described or does not meet expectations, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the concern and take an appropriate decision.

4. Manufacturer Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for any service-related issues.

5. Refund Policy
All approved refunds will be processed within 2 working days. Refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit.
